While not directly affiliated with the Blue Zones®, this class incorporates science-backed techniques that align with their core lifestyle habits to help you live healthier and feel stronger.
Led by LeeAnn Mills—a wellness coach, yoga teacher, and Physical Therapist Assistant—this class is designed to help you reduce stress, boost resilience, and create balance in your daily life.
