RETURN Retreat — Booking & Cancellation Policy

Retreat Investment
The total investment for RETURN is $2,200 USD per guest, based on shared accommodations.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your place. This deposit is applied toward the total retreat cost.
The remaining balance of $1,700 is due March 19, 2027.
Guest Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Because RETURN is intentionally limited to six guests, our cancellation policy reflects the advance planning and financial commitments involved in creating this intimate experience.
Before March 19, 2027: Any payments made beyond the $500 deposit will be refunded. The deposit is nonrefundable.
On or after March 19, 2027: Retreat payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.
Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another eligible guest, subject to Alpenglow Wellness approval and completion of all required registration documents.
Seven-Day Booking Grace Period
Guests may cancel their reservation within seven calendar days of booking and receive a full refund of all payments made, including the $500 deposit.
The grace period begins on the date the reservation is confirmed.
The seven-day grace period does not extend beyond March 18, 2027.
Minimum Enrollment
RETURN requires a minimum of four registered guests.
If minimum enrollment is not reached by March 19, 2027, Alpenglow Wellness reserves the right to cancel the retreat. In that event, all retreat payments, including deposits, will be refunded in full.
Cancellation by Alpenglow Wellness
If Alpenglow Wellness cancels RETURN, guests will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made to Alpenglow Wellness.
Alpenglow Wellness is not responsible for independently booked airfare, transportation, additional accommodations, or other personal travel expenses, except where required by law.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage appropriate for international travel.
Changes to the Experience
The retreat itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, availability, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control. Any substitutions will be made with the intention of preserving the overall quality and purpose of the experience.
By reserving a place, guests acknowledge and agree to the booking and cancellation terms provided at checkout.
