Breath-led strength and mobility to reconnect with your body safely and sustainably. No burnout circuits. No redlining.
➤ WEEK 3: RECOVER
Nervous system decompression, pacing strategies, and real rest. Learn to reset—without guilt.
➤ WEEK 4: THRIVE
Integration, self-assessment, and long-term planning. Feel confident returning to your sport, adventure, or everyday movement with energy.
