Peak Performance Workshop

Flow is a nervous-system state, not just a mindset.
During this two-hour immersion, we’ll break down how breath mechanics, balance work, and mindful movement influence attention, regulation, and performance. You’ll explore yoga-based practices and somatic tools that help train the body to shift out of stress patterns and into steadier, more focused states.
Expect to leave with practical, repeatable techniques you can use anywhere—from workouts to workdays.
