A Guided Yoga Nidra Practice for Deep Rest and Regulation

There’s a kind of rest that sleep alone doesn’t touch.

The kind that comes from turning inward. From feeling held. From letting your body settle while your mind gently unhooks.

That’s what this month’s new video is all about: Yoga Nidra, a guided lying-down meditation that walks you through a full-body release and deep nervous system reset.

If you’ve never tried Yoga Nidra before, here’s what you can expect:
☑️ You don’t have to do anything. You’ll just lie down and listen.
☑️ The practice uses breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to guide you into a state of deep calm.
☑️ It’s designed to support sleep, recovery, emotional regulation, and even focus.

This practice is 45 minutes, but you’re welcome to start small. Even the first 10–15 minutes can be deeply effective.

Here’s how I recommend using it:
🌙 Before bed, to wind down
🌞 Midday, when your energy dips or you feel overstimulated
⛰️ After activity—whether training or just a long day

You don’t have to feel a certain way to press play. You just have to show up.

This is one of my favorite tools for recovery, and I’m so glad to share it with you.

Let me know how it lands for you—and if you'd like more of this in future months.

See you on the mat (or couch, or floor, or wherever you exhale).
