Basecamp: Hip Opening Yoga Flow

Tight hips? You’re not alone.

Whether you’ve been sitting more, hiking harder, or just holding stress in your body (hello, emotional hips!), this short sequence was designed to help you open up, gently and intentionally.

This practice includes a few of my favorite hip-focused postures—perfect for releasing tension, improving mobility, and supporting your nervous system through breath-led movement.

It’s short enough to fit into your day, and simple enough to come back to anytime your body says, “Let’s soften a little.”

As always:
→ Listen to your body
→ Modify as needed
→ And don’t be afraid to pause and rest along the way

You don’t need to push to feel progress. You just need to return.
