Your Body Remembers—But It Also Rebuilds
If your body has been through injury, stress, or burnout… it makes sense that you might second-guess your energy, your limits, or even your strength.
But what if rebuilding didn’t start with doing more?
What if it started with listening more—to your tension, your breath, your gut feeling?
Rebuilding trust with your body isn’t about perfect posture or perfect pacing.
It’s about showing up, feeling what’s real, and meeting yourself there—without judgment.
Journal Prompt:
What is my body trying to tell me right now—and am I willing to listen?
Use these reflection cues:
When do I feel most connected to my body?
When do I feel like I override or ignore it?
What does trust in my body look like today (not someday)?
Coach’s Note:
Every workout, every breath, every pause—you’re sending a signal to your body:
“I’m listening now.”
Keep doing that. That’s where real resilience lives.
