Kalymnos Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can honor our commitments to accommodations, activities, and local partners. Please review the following terms:
Refund Policy:
90 days or more before the retreat start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
60 days before the retreat start date: 75% refund.
30 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund.
